Founded in 1982, T.A. Furniture Industries Sdn. Bhd. has as successfully established itself as one of the pioneers in the manufacturing of melamine laminated office furniture in Malaysia under its own reputable brand name “ TA ”.

With a land area spanning over 496,552 sq feet in its main manufacturing plant located in the Bukit Pasir Industrial Area and Tanjong Agas Industrias Estate, Muar, Johor, Malaysia, which shelters the production facilities of T.A.
 
Since its early beginnings, T.A. has been operating as a wood-based panel system office furniture manufacturer. TA group specializes in ergonomics and modernize designs of office furniture as well as providing quality and timely delivery of furniture to her customers. Its first product was the Mex Series which was launched in 1991 and it has received good response in trade exhibitions.
 
In 1997, we upgraded our production facilities to produce a series of “State of the Art” office furniture to meet the ever changing demands of the office space with people as the center of our consideration – best quality and competitive price.
 
 
TA has been continuously upgrading its production facilities and investing in specialized furniture machineries mainly imported from Germany . It has also introduced automation in its production process to improve production efficiency. It enhances its competitiveness by offering a broad range of panel system office furniture that creates functional and stimulating working environment. The focus of its design and development  is to optimize office space utilization with due consideration given to the comfort of its users. It offers open plan furniture system that is modular and flexible as well as providing ample room for a user's personal creativity for further modifications by offering a variety of accessories, optional cabinets and worktops.
 
TA new product development is on the home furniture. TA showcased its modular home furniture systems based on the European-style-do-it-yourself home furnishing system for the living room, bedroom and study room in EFE 2005. These products will come in various sizes, shapes and designs catering to Middle East, European and America markets as the major target markets. This proposed line of home furniture product is modular and provide customers the flexibility to stack up, add on, interchange or configure the solutions according to their needs from time to time. The do-it-yourself home concept systems provide space-saving features catering to the modern living demand trend in Europe and it is also gaining popularity in Middle East.
 
Due to the above strength, we have managed to spread our market niche worldwide where our office furniture is presently represented in over  65 countries all over the world today. In appreciation of our pursuit for achieving high product quality for the export market, we were awarded Runner-up in the Best Paneling Furniture Product Award during the Johor Furniture Fair 1992 as well as being nominated as one of the Top 50 Enterprise in Malaysia for 1998 which was organized by Andersen Consulting in collaboration with SMIDEC.

As a leading manufacturer of melamine laminated office furniture, it is always our ultimate objective to excel further so as to keep abreast with the ever increasing demands for international standard and requirements.

In year 2000, T.A. Furniture Industries achieved a milestone for itself when it became one of the first few companies to be awarded the prestigious ISO 9001:2000 in Malaysia and also around the world in recognition of its continuous improvement.
